This speech coming from a non-witness means a lot. How proud I am to be part of Jehovahs peacefull org. Killing under any circumstance is just flat out wrong. Of equal import too is being politicaly neutral. Jesus made disciples not political activists. His kingdom is no part of this wicked world so neither are its supporters. Jehovah does forgive. Powerful testimony. I thought his comment on the just war theory not involving Christ at all was very profound. I had never thought about that before. That is such a great point. In that line of thinking, human reason and intellect is appealed to to assess a situation rather than God Almighty. This quote also stood out: "Today the world is on the brink of ruin because the Church refuses to be the Church, because we Christians have been deceiving ourselves and the non-Christian world about the truth of Christ. There is no way to follow Christ, to love as Christ loved, and simultaneously to kill other people." I pray that the LORD would forgive this man and honor his repentive heart and help others see these truths through this testimony. Wow. Powerful testimony.
